Here we are! In June 2009 the Dolomites South Tyrol, Trentino and Veneto have been declared "World Heritage Site" by the UNESCO! It´s a very important acknowledgment for the "most beautiful mountains of the world", which make up the 44th Italian UNESCO "World Heritage Sites".
